Customer and Administrative Officer
The Customer & Administration Officer plays a key role in supporting the efficient operations of the Shire of Kulin and Community Resource Centre (CRC) by providing high-quality customer service, administrative assistance, and financial processing.
The position provides administrative support across a wide range of functions, including project and event coordination, communications and marketing, and the preparation of publications such as The Kulin Update. A core responsibility is to assist with financial processes, including payroll data entry, debtor invoicing, receipting, reconciliations, and daily banking, while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with financial procedures.
Generous renumeration package including staff housing, Council matched superannuation, uniform allowance, and two extra Local Government public holidays. Employees also enjoy the Key to Kulin benefits package, which provides free aquatic centre season pass, recreation centre membership, sporting club membership, and partial reimbursement of childcare fees.

Executive Support Officer
The Shire of Kulin are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Executive Support Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. The key focus of the position is to assist the Chief Executive Officer to:
- provide governance support to elected members and staff, including preparation of Council agendas and minutes;
- administrative support throughout the organisation;
- communication with government agencies, community groups, and the general public in relation to the operations of the Shire administration.

Relief Educators (Casual) - Kulin Child Care Centre
The Kulin Child Care Centre requires relief educators (casual position). Relief educators may be called on at short notice and be required to work varying hours (ie. lunchtime relief, full days or half days).
